Animal
Got a new lodger last month and in place of a month and half's rent, I got a J reg KLE500. Can't argue at that. It's been stood for a good while, so I've just got a new battery, rear indicators and grips for it, so it'll be getting fuelled up and run later on. Then MOT'd, etc. It's a bit ratty, but bikes aren't meant to be clean Anyway, it'll be getting a good coat of matt black soon enough. Animal
Nearly there. Just need to get some new chain tensioners and bleed the coolant and we're done. Oh yeah, the seat will be getting wrapped in orange (club colours)
Biguns
Nice mate, that chain looks a bit fooked though
Animal
Ah, chain's not on - the tensioners were rusted to buggery and one sheared when we tried to get it off. It'll be a trip to the breakers tomorrow.

Animal
Don't forget your road tax. must have been stood a while ... Mike lol, yeah, the last but one owner had it as a winter hack, then my flatmate bought it for when he passed his pt2, but ran out of money and just left it stood in his mum's drive. You should get a tin of aluminium flash coat for the rusty bits, would bring them up a treat I just want the thing running and couldn't be arsed stripping it down any further. I'll run it through summer, then strip it completely and get the frame and engine cleaned & painted black too. Will look awesome with the orange seat! If the local auto supplies had had a can of orange paint yesterday, the vents and intake tubes on the front would have been painted orange too. It's great stuff for keeping rust etc at bay, it dries in about 10 mins and will spray onto just about anything without any prep (just wipe any oil off first). Just stick some newspaper where you don't want silver and go nuts with a can of the stuff. Should take you 5 mins tops
