spiderpigcity
well i put an advert on here for a lock set with keys and ignition barrel. someone asked me if it would fit an auto as the barrel came off a manual 6 speed. i couldnt answer the question, it had me thinking if my barrel on my auto needed changing when i do the manual conversion

Scott
Say What! Why would you need to do that??? In answer to your question... No But where did that come from??? The auto barrel has a lock so that you can't take the key out until the shifter is in park Not sure if the 6spd has the lock or not, certainly isn't active though. spiderpigcity
so it is different then. the guy was right the manual one wouldnt fit his auto cos he would have nowhere to stick his cable [sHOCK][/sHOCK]

Swampy442
Its only a little solenoid on the ignition barrel, just remove it.
