Guest Chris_1986
Hey Guys, just bought my SZR one year ago and the clutch was very bad at this point, now it is still very bad but not slipping. But anyway i want to buy a new clutch to be sure to have it in case of hte clutch begins to slip. Now there is my question, which clutch do i need for my Supra SZ-R 2jz-ge with 6spd V161. I know that the standard 5spd w58 will not fit. Maybe the standard 6spd tt will fit, but they have got different flywheels than the SZR, so there will be a problem i think.... In Austia the official Toyota Partner can't help me in this case becuase they are more than innocent. Maybe some guys in this forum can help me, Thanks in advance Cheers Christian

Guest Chris_1986
Thanks i know, but the fly wheel should be bigger than in the SZR. http://mkiv.supras.org.nz/specs.htm on this page there is written that the TT has got a clutch diameter of 250mm and the SZR 236 both V161. H7ERO
try a clutch specialist there should be somewhere only selling clutches they can match the parts you need but they will need to see the old one also when you say its bad but not slipping what do you mean? this could mean the system just needs bleeding or the release bearing
