James
Finally getting everything put back together following the removal of all things dash following my heater matrix hiccup. Have spotted this Denso connector and I can't remember where it goes. Any help greatly appreciated! (I think it's on the heater box at the bottom but I'm not certain!) pedrosixfour
That sensor lives on the underside of the heater box, towards the transmission tunnel. Look underneath for a white plastic box/panel type arrangement near the right hand side of the box, to the very left of this white part (there is a long metal push/pull rod close by) you should be looking for the outer section of the metal clip that the sensor was once attached to. This clip hold the sensor just inside a small hole where I assume it takes a reading of some sort. The above is probably a load of nonsense if you dont have a picture to go with it so bear with me and I'll see what I can do for you. By the way, the sensor was originally spot welded to the clip so you will need to retrieve the clip and stick the sensor on to it somehow. pedrosixfour
Red circle is the point of interest. You'll need a flat blade screwdiver to prise the clip out of it's mooring. A closer view My sensor has also broken free of the clip which is why its not in the pictures.
