TRD wing vents - or not?

Seeking your opinions on this as I can't make up my mind!

 

Would the car look "better" with or without the current "TRD" style cutouts in the front wings? The car will be staying stockish looking and I plan on removing the Veilside spats, it will also (eventually) get re-sprayed in another colour, most likely black or gunmetal.

 

I think the vents look a bit out of place on this car now, even if it's painted a darker colour at a later point. Thoughts? Should they stay or go?

Remove them mate, like everyone says. They do look out of place on a stock looking Supra.

 

Also don't go with black when it gets resprayed, as I want to have the only black aerotop at the Basingstoke meets

BTW, I forsee silver coming back in a big way before long, so don't get it sprayed just yet

If the car stays pretty much stock on stock wheels in my opinion they look out of place.

i think if you painted the mesh silver you would be able to get away with it, but if not then they dont really go with a stock supra

I quite like them, I think the bonnet needs them too, is it The Raven's car who has those cutouts also? Maybe it needs a kit to get the full effect.

Thanks for the feedback guys, that's 84% that either recomend them gone or want me to burn the poor thing! It's always good to get a few 2nd opinions on these things and it confirms what I think I wanted to hear in the first place, if that makes sense

 

So, does anyone want to swap some stock wings for these?
