Lets see the timing slip before every one jumps in and calls it BS :) Also, we all know how inaccurate some dyno's are, so it'd be wrong to say he's teling porkies, it's more than likely just one of the "customer pleasing" dyno's. My BPU TT got 540bhp on one once! Didn't mean I believed it though

Its true, I've been called out, I've never had a supra in all these years, I joined a supra owners club because I just wanted to feel part of something. Anything was better than sitting alone in my bedsit, violently flaggelating myself and eating quavers all day.

Nice result, definetely one of the best here without NO2. Were you using road tyre's or something sticky?

Impressive on those tyre's (never liked zz3's myself), no LSD either from the vids so you must be quick on the changes or the car does have a bit of poke. Will be intereting to see the time slips tomorrow and compare them to Kearney's :)

Trackdays often come down to skill, can I just say. The thing is, somebody in an N/A with trackday experience will kick the crap out of someone with a 500bhp Supra with little to no trackday experience. Turbos mean nothing without driver experience.

im no longer getting involved,i took on a long standing member and lost......im putting my quarter mile times on and then running away from this post ha

Divnae worra man, you didn't take on anyone and lose. All I asked for was proof of times, as a 14.3 is pretty outstanding for an NA without NOS. I managed 15.2, on a blistering hot day, so in better weather and fully stripped, I can see it being possible.

Not at all just facts and figures :p

Is it possible then, keeping it NA? I'd like to see it done, but outside of some very dubious US results I do doubt it even with a fairly decent amount of money to spend. In theory it should be possible, but to my knowledge no one has come anywhere near these sorts of figures in Europe.

Id say so if your smart. Obviously the biggest results are going to be from a much higher CR motor but that would require a built bottom end or some very careful head work. I.E. skimming the head to the furthest it can go safely.

There is one guy i know stateside who has a genuine 285hp NA using headers, exhaust, intake, cams and some clever headwork and a full standalone. He makes max power at 7400 revs. Ill see if i can find his dyno sheet but its very impressive.

Hi guts right ive took a pic of my timing slip remember this is without noz and on avon zzt'S (see below,im in the left lane) it reads...

reaction .6439

60 ft time 2.1603

1/8 mile 9.1751

1/8mile speed 75.24

quarter mile 14.3129

quarter speed 95.41mph

I have done better very slightly but i cant find that timing slip.....this one i had a bad start as you can see.

As i quoted my car does 14.3's but and ive always said it with a better start i could drop in to 14.2's HOWEVER that would 100% be everything...thats with a good start and perfect changes.

hope i get more positive feedback this time  as after the abuse i got last night i cried myself to sleep:d

Homer can you add this to the quarter mile list please if its ok?
