Have a look at my Garage photos. Personally, i dont like the vents as they're too small compared to the bonnet, hence changing it for my TS one. One of the vents has a "fin" i'd guess you'd call it thats slightly not in line with the others, this bugged me no end as im borderline OCD. I'm really selling this arent i haha. SupraDan24 Posted March 25, 2011 Share Posted March 25, 2011 Lol welcome to the club mate If you take a look at the pics again at the driver side vent, one of the fins is at a slightly different angle to the rest, so if you look at it from certain angles, it appears to be unevenly spaced leaving a gap. You may be able to bend it back, you may not, i never tried as i planned on changing the bonnet from the get go as i wanted a TS carbon one. As for the condition of the bonnet, its like new mate. SupraDan24 Posted March 25, 2011 Share Posted March 25, 2011 Its not mashed, it doesnt appear damaged in anyway, it looks to me like just bad manufacturing. The vents and bonnet themselves are as new. If you take a look at the pic attached, the vent nearest the wall, you can see the 2nd gap up from the headlights is slightly bigger. The 2nd fin is at a slightly different pitch. Worst case scenario, if you dont find one by the time i get back (a week monday) i can try bend to where it should be then send you the pics. Its a shame really, as i'm coming down to AFR this trip home to get some bits done, but i need to bring the TS bonnet as Dude is going to install my aerocatches for me.
