DodgyRog
I want to clean off some oil on the engine block. Where it is makes it pretty much impossible to scrub it off, is there a chemical option that actually works without having to scrub it I obviously don't want to aimlessly jetwash it off, as I dont want to risk water getting into the electrics Any help would be good on this, as it's one of the few things I have left to do before selling it

People worry too much about getting electrics wet I should be able to direct it to an extent, it was a leak from the rear of the Cam cover gaskets, so if I am carefull I should be able to stop any damp getting near the plugs

jackso11
on the detailingworld forum everyone raves about using 'All purpose cleaner' from Tesco, 99p for a couple of litres. Not tried it yet, going to detail my engine soon though.
