T2 MSW
Does anyone have any methods to remove manifold bolts when you can not get any type of wrench or socket on the bolt?? It does not matter how slim the wrench is i cant get anything on the nut. Any ideas welcome
black_widow87
Had mine off and back on today, pain in the ass is what it is. All top nuts i removed with sockets, then bottom nuts with regular spanner.(all 15mm iirc) Bottom nuts are awquard as hell, i just used one hand with the spanner behind the manifold and used my spare hand to guide the spanner onto the nuts throught the gaps of the manifold. Thats exactly what ive done for the others but the front one I can not get anything on to it. there is simply not enough room in any direction unless the water pump was to come off. Its an aftermarket Manifold not stock
