I'd drop the lower sump (steel pan) and check the state of the oil pump pickup gauze in case it's clogging with sealant. You need to drop the rear crossmember, not too bad on a ramp if the lower wishbone inner pins come out. The last one I did was a nightmare as they were both seized Glad you have found the cause. Pressure should always be checked AFTER the filter, must be an odd sandwich plate that has a pressure port before the filter. This is why I like the Lexus oil filter housing bolts with the pressure port in the end, or modded stock ones (which I keep.... ) for sensing pressure.
