monsween
I haven't, I'm going to speak to DVLA tomorrow to see what to do as a new V5 is £25.. I should have told him to f*ck off but I worry about what could happen too much. For a big guy, I'm a right puss.. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Should have said ok (to keep yourself happy) but i'm keeping 25quid for a new v5.

James
When I sold my Golf it had a coilover leak and an erratic idle after 3 mins (think it was a coilpack/cylinder). The buyer got a 10 min test drive so knew exactly what he was getting. I made him sign it "sold as seen" so that I was not eligible for any following issues as he had more than enough time to make a decision. *EDIT* I made these known prior to test drive. */EDIT*

Maybe I should have insisted on a test drive. Btw, you don't miss your Golf and want a new one do you?

Josh
Wbac.com Apparently they come and give the car a look over before they give you the money. I doubt they'd give me the full £5800 offered on their website.
Purity14
How much do you want for it? Im not interested, just curious.
Josh
How much do you want for it? Im not interested, just curious. I wanted £7,500 to start with due to a £500 remap and £500 alloys I put on it. I then dropped to £7,000, then to £6,500. These people were paying £6,250 for it which is a good deal IMO. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?239085-VW-Golf-Mk5-1.9TDi-S
