liam1
tried again today to get it starting, managed to get a decent clamp on the positive terminal and with my fully charged battery car still wouldnt start so puts the identical battery from wifes car(new battery only a few months old) car still wouldnt start just a clicking sound, after a few tries car finally starts let it run for a while turned off the ignition tried again nothing so puts my battery back on still nothing just clicking sound, after a few more failed attempts car finally starts so i let it run for longer cant drive it its sorn till next week, after about ten mins i switch it off and try again starts pretty much first time switched it off again next time it fires straight away, so now its starting do i need to give it a good run out when its taxed, so after sorting out the positive clamp and fully charging the battery other than actually giving it a good run out any ideas why it may have took its time starting?
