Dazzi
Looking to get the holes on my boot filled and sprayed, people that have done this how much have you paid or expect to pay for such a job? and does the glass need to come out? Cheers
monsween
Glass will need to come out for a proper job and you'll most likely have to get a new window rubber. I can't imagine it costing more than 100-200quid
Westy
I've had this done mate. Glass doesn't need to come out, but you do want to get the holes welded...problem one is the washer hole at the top as this is so close to the window...for this reason the glass was taken out when mine was done. Jurgen got this done for me for £300 which included a new rear window seal (recommended).
bobapple
Well I haven't had this done but my Dad got a nasty scuff on his silver shogun, and managed to get it blended for 60 quid, I thought blending silver hhhmmm might not be good but to be fair it was done v. Well no sign of where it was blended in.

Didn't cost much in paint ether with it being a small room. I also didn't have to remove the window... Hth!

Guigsy
On a more helpful note my car had it done by the previous owner. Wiper and washer removed. One of the best and most subtle mods. Makes the rear end much cleaner. Can be a pita in winter but not too bad
Dnk
If you want a proper job doing then remove the glass so you can paint the whole tailgate, also fit a new window seal. You might even find under the seal there is rust as this is one place thats prone for it on the mkiv so well worth doing the job properly.
