Big Mark
http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2620293.htm Saw this tonight whilst randomly looking on Pistonheads. I'm not looking to buy a Supra yet so really was just doing a bit of window shopping. Would be a bargain if it was an easy fix. Any ideas what could be causing the lights to come on? Swampy442
Probably a gearbox speed sensor, only pulling the error codes will give you a true idea

Abz
Cheap, but sometimes things are cheap for a reason. Without checking it out you wouldn't know, looks like a bargain for someone with a little money to spend.

Big Mark
Toyota optional extra. Along with a carbon fibre one Sometimes offering too much choice is clearly a bad thing.
Biguns
Shitter if you ask me , if it was something inexpensive to fix why hasn't he done it and put it up for £5k
pezzler
$#@!ter if you ask me , if it was something inexpensive to fix why hasn't he done it and put it up for £5k Good call - thats just laziness, makes you wonder what else on the car hasnt been given proper attention
Suprash
Or he just might not have a scooby about cars and may just drive to work and home each day the same as your Mrs, looks quite clean if you ask me.
patrikbrunt
just sounds like a dodgy speedo converter causing the OD off light to flash, mine did the same when I first bought it, fitting a new speedo converter cured the problem. looks to be a bargain, damn theyre losing value lately
DodgyRog
Yeap, I would say thats a bargain, even to break it, you would get your money back. Obviously check for smoke etc with the mileage, some service records would be nice, but at that price is doubtful At the end of the day it's a 15 year old car, so what ever the mileage is, checks need to be done, but it's cheap enough to be able to put some money into if there are no major problems I would guess £3000 cash would get it as well

Big Mark
Shame I'm not in the midland this weekend or I'd have a look at this and see what the error codes are.
