Fussy eaters

With regards to the food allergy I have to add something.

I eat pretty much anything as well, even vegetables, I enjoy them and due to growing up with my Dad being a chef we used to pretty much eat anything at his restaurant. Though about 3 years ago all of a sudden I developed an allergy to sea fish! I had been eating it all my life and after eating some shell fish (I think it was crail) at work I nearly died.

Since then I avoid shell fish, but because I am a nutter I sometimes have a little bit as I just can't believe my body all of a sudden has rejected this food after me eating it my whole life. After talking to a few people it seems they had the same, some people talk of the body replenishing after a 7 year cycle? or something along them lines.

I know what you mean about fussy eaters though. :)

My late father had shellfish poisoning and from then on eating shellfish made him seriously ill. Don't know why the body rejects even fresh shellfish once it's had a bad dose.
If it just came out in a rash, I could live with that, but it is pretty lethal. I have no idea why the body all of a sudden does this, I have had no change in my diet or anything, not even stress levels, it just said one day, "No thanks".
