Yankee Ruin X
Saw a black supra with gold badges drive past me tried to give the supra salute but had difficulty due to trying to change gear, turn indicators off, smoke and drive all them same time so it was more of a wave. Think it was the same one that lives up the road from me

suprarob
Yankee Ruin X I,m usually going for the land speed record down the A38
Yankee Ruin X
Oh yes mate I know just what your talking about, turn right onto the A38 at the Snipe then just boot it and hope the next set of lights don't change. Shame mines still limited to 112, I'm trying to get that sorted though, do you know of anywhere local I can get this sorted out and put into MPH so I don't have to keep looking at the Road Angel to make sure I'm not breaking any speed limits
suprarob
There is no were local I trust. Your best bet is Pete at Thor he's very good with this type of thing
Yankee Ruin X
Cool cheers mate, I just had a look on Thors website to find out where it is but I can't find the address anywhere so where abouts is it not to far I hope.
suprarob
Thor are in Kenilworth, Coventry way so its a fair distance, about an hour away If you order the bits I can help you fit them if you like ?
Yankee Ruin X
for the offer mate Well I sent them an email cause they are closed today to see how much they want for fitting cause the unit that does it all was £100 on their website, so i'll wait and see how much they want. If you know how to do it all then thats definatley an option but i'll warn you I know nothing about doing this kind of stuff so your all on your own but i'm willing to learn if you know how I only just plucked up the courage to take my dash apart the other day to put in my cd player, subs and amp so thats the level of newbieness you would have to deal with
suprarob
If you can take the dash apart and fit a cd player you will have no problems fitting stuff like this they come with full instructions just a wire at the ecu. bit of solder no problem what head unit you got then ? Yankee Ruin X
Not sure on the model number but it was the top of the range Kenwood CD/MP3 player last year its the 9000 or something like that. Its only in there temporarily though cause I'm after one of them single din dvd players with the flip out screens once I've saved my pennies up anyway So is it really that easy to fit one of these delimiter/mph converters then, mind you I don't even know where the ecu is in this car got a sneaky suspision it could be the box behind my cd player with about 10000 wires going into it but I could be wrong (probably am)
suprarob
I,m after a single din dvd too probably with the Ipod, but I,m still looking at whats around at the moment the ECU is in the foot well on the passinger side if you sit in the seat with your feet forward, your feet are on top of it. lift the carpet and you will see its cover take this off and all the gubins is there wth 100,000 wires coming out of it
