Interesting looks like you float the transfer patern on the water and spray it with some kind of solvent then just put it in.

Interesting. I've seen carbon dash panels done with this I think but they don't seem to look very realistic

Looks like the decals you get in model kits.

That's basically it, the solvent is an activator which dissolves the vinyl allowing the ink to float on water. The object is then submerjed and the print is transfered to the object.

Y It depens on the carbon pattern used some don't look realistic, however the one I have comes close.

Here's a sample pic I found on the internet of an example of what can be done.

Very sexy, i like what you did with the rear lights and also the red and black combination actually looks fantastic, with the grill, the bumper bars, rims, roof, absolutely everything, looks mint mate. There is one thing that i spotted though....you forgot to change the screws to black ones in the Vents on the TRD wings :p

Looking back to the first pictures, what a transformation! love it dude. Bet you'll be going crazy cleaning this beast!

I need to learn to powdercoat!

This thread makes most people jealous I imagine, me for sure!

I'd love a set of those rear lights I'm considering going facelift, those are definitely tasty. How hot did you have to get the rears to split them?

Loving the combination of Trial and BN bumper, those archs are sweet, did you keep original archs, sorry to sound like an idiot but I'm unsure how a kit would be fitted.
