seba Posted March 13, 2011 Share Posted March 13, 2011 having the same problem atm, first one came out ok (hole in the back) second one is being stubborn can just get it out about 1 cm and turn it a bit but wont come out.... I have the reverse pliars but isn't working for me. The fact that you are getting it out part of the way is a good sign. Just keep pushing it in and pulling it out, turning it as much as you can, it will come out eventually. Also make sure you don't have the caliper sealed, you need to either have the bleed hole free or the brake line hole... just to stop a vacuum building up Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

BOB B Posted March 14, 2011 Share Posted March 14, 2011 Have you thought of replacing your pistons with the Chris Wilson stainless steal ones for sale in the "parts for sale" section, this may stop this problem occurring again, and there not a bad price too.
