The-Plethora
Speaking to Dude recently the overdrive seems a bit of a sod to diagnose and fix, has anyone managed to diagnose problems with this or able to recommend someone to give it a once over? I get the o/d off light on the dash and pressing the button in seems to have no effect and overdrive does not kick in. It won't cause any big issues in the meantime but eventually I would like to try one of those top speed events and after reading the thread in the guides section it seems it would get to 3rd and redline at the moment. Also might help with fuel cost savings. Cheers for any help Dave
j_jza80
The very 1st thing I'd check would be fuses, failing that I'd check if the switch was broken, or the auto ecu at fault. Keron should be able to help with those things

Swampy442
As above change the gear lever or switch, its only a solenoid in the box, its not a big job to change if thats the root cause.
