supra steveo
some stupid cow in the middle of Bury St.Edmunds has just pulled up next to me and smacked my car with her car door, not once but twice, second time i think she was making sure she hit it, I got straight out and asked her does she want to watch where she is swinging her door , "sorry .......... but it was an accident" was what i got back, on my way round to check the car she was in my way and got in my way twice ( personally i think she did it to delay me getting to the damage ) then when i got past her she come out with " i am sure its ok" and that was the last i seen of her , so i was down by my car door rubbing the door it talking to myself saying " no it bloody isnt ok", i waited for 45 mins to see if she was going to come back and never, so i phoned the police and reported it, and then left her a shitty note and stuck it in her car door handle, so i will be on the phone to the insurance company in the morning what is it with these people why is it always middle aged women that hit me !!!! if it had been a bloke .............................. well we wont go in to that , as you can probably tell i am 35K and climbing

Havard
Should have rattled her door and stuck the note in her handle saying "... sorry, it was an accident". Job done. This is the way..!! My dad had an incident at Dover ferry terminal where some fat cockney slammed their passenger door into his new Megane. My dad got out and asked if he was going to pay for the damage? The cat funt replied "It's a car park. it happens" and walked off. My dad did nothing in the end. I am proud to announce that I would still be smashing his car to pieces now if it were me...!! H. Ricky49
You should of kicked fook out of her door mirrors, brick through the windscreen and keyed it down the sides. Maybe be a little extreme but accidents do happen.
marc_p
About 3 years ago (just after I got my N/A), I had to use a public car park for when I worked in Wetherby, anyway, I usually got to the office early so when I got to the car park it was fairly empty, so I parked up out of the way and just after I parked up a guy in a new civic parked up next to me, I was thinking to myself 'why park next to me and so close' but as I went to grab my bag off the passenger seat...BANG, he opened his door straight into my car, so I put down the window and basically said 'what the hell, try and be more carefull', he replied with 'well what do you expect when you have a wide car' I then calmly explained to him that I was there first and parked in an alloted space, he had parked to close. What he replied with was 'sh1t happens' in a foul tone and walked off. The red mist then descended and I opened my door with all my force into his car door, not once, not twice, but about 15-20 times, I was like a man possesed just repeatedly slamming my door into his Civic whilst shouting 'you f**king ar5e, see what you think you ignorant piece of sh1t'. As my arms started to tire out I decided enough was enough and had a look at his door, I'd put a rather large dent in it and chipped a load of paint off, so I moved my car to the other side of the car park as he would know it was me and would retaliate if he got back first. I don't condone my actions as appropriate, but it did let out a lot of built up tension.

She admitted it but when I asked for payment she said "Thats the risk you take when you park on the road." I was only part way into explaining the legal concept of duty of care when she slammed her front door in my face.

I don't condone my actions as appropriate, but it did let out a lot of built up tension. I did this to a bloke in a X5 at B&Q, he was reaching into his drivers door to pick up his briefcase in the passenger footwell, then his laptop, each time doing the "snooker stance" with his leg cocked tapping his door into my car. I politely asked him to stop, and he looked at my car like a pile of shit (bmw e46) and just "hummph" came out. After he left I rammed my door into his car numerous times, drove home and realised id bent the edge of my door. Bad times. That was a couple of years ago, and ive found the Lord since. My patence has now grown, like the seed of eternal life. But I did the world justice, he wont be doing it to anyone else.
