nasoup
I like them alot, the LED's don't look that pretty when they're off though. That said i'd still have a set
jevansio
Very nice Ric, do you think it would be possible to incorporate the facelift sidelight/indicator into that setup such that the first ring acts as a sidelight, and the fog rin flashes amber? That would be good, i want rid of my front indicators.

Graham S
Very nice Ric, do you think it would be possible to incorporate the facelift sidelight/indicator into that setup such that the first ring acts as a sidelight, and the fog rin flashes amber? Exactly the first thing that came to my mind too! How about putting the halo around the main beam and using the fog one for indicator? Now that would be posh! Apart from having a hole in the bumper where the indicators/sides use to be!
3LL
That would be good, i want rid of my front indicators. +1 on this, id be interested in a set if you could do this

Graham S
Second thoughts, how about using the VW passat rear light idea, where the the fog light one would flash to amber for the indicator if you get what I mean?
jevansio
TBH I wouldn't mind how the setup worked, as long as I could remove the lights in the front vents and it didn't look too silly or chavvy

I think your right, only a rear fog for an MOT
L18msy
Don't think they will be needed for MOT. Sounds a good idea you have.
JamieP
In that case if my front fog was an indicator and the LED's was side lights that would be cool, only thing that worrys me is stripping down my nice facelift headlights and them going back together without misting up all the time, every set ive ever had refurbished have misted up. L18msy
If it mists up just keep the rubber boot thing off the back of the light and you should have any bother.
Evil_Nuts
If it mists up just keep the rubber boot thing off the back of the light and you should have any bother. That's cause the misting dude, as the warm air when the lights have been on drags in the cooler moist air as it cools.....
Rob_Mitchell
yeah only the rear needed for mot test guys
L18msy
My n/s headlamp has been misting mysteriously for sometime now. I checked everything that could be wrong and everything was fine, it was busting my nads, Last week i took the boot off and haven't had a bit of bother since, in all weathers. Guest blueangel
no problem making the outer or inner ring an indicator guys i can do virtually anything with these
Guest blueangel
yeah definately the rear is only needed for mot guys but if you have fronts fitted they need to work , as for the indicator idea no problems at all i can do virtually any combination you want guys
supra steveo
just looking at this guys, if there is a switch for the front fogs does it need to be conected to something ? i am sure when my HIDs went tits up i removed them and the MOT guy was totally anal and said something like they need to work if there is a slot for them and a switch ???? or was he just being a whopper and wanted to fail the car ?the same bunch of gits removed my lasses LED side lights and then couldnt get normal bulbs to work in the loom so failed her for it think we may just need to go through the rule book with a fine tooth comb to make sure
