jast
Well, Day 2 seems to have been a bit of an education. Good News is the MOT will be passed very soon, and after having the boost gauge fitted last night by Chris (cheers mate) I can see shes only hitting just over 1 bar @ 5000 ish. So no Boost Creep, I think. I say I think because driving aroung on icy roads in the dark, one hand on the wheel, boost gauge in the other attempting to get a reading, while kaining the supra up the road sideways is a bit of a handfull. Should be OK though coz I did a couple of standing starts, hoofing the throttle and again only just over 1 bar. The other good news is that while testing the supra from standing starts in icey conditions Ive found its not really that bad traction wise. Even with wheel spin it sticks in more or less a straight line, Quite Impressed! This mornings a differant story though, very very icey, came into the car park stopped, put her on full lock, just slowly give her some throttle and we went round 3 times in a perfect motion, very slow as well, it was like a ice dance I tell ya !!! :D
Gaz Walker
If you need any help any obtainly boost readings, I've heard you can just bolt Alex into the passenger seat. He likes it. Apparently Gaz.

womble
HI Jast, Chris fitted one of the same guages to mine in the clock space it it does fit nicely, however at the same time he also fitted a Blitz Dual DC turbo timer (follow the link @ http://www.racelogic.co.uk for full specs and pics). I've mounted mine on top of the steering colomn where it's as easy to see as my speedo, It shows current boost, peak boost and has audioble / visual user setable boost limit warning. It's got a load of other features (turbo timer lap timer etc etc) looks nice and gives a good accurate boost reading (checked against the mechanical guage). All in all a nice piece of kit well priced with some usefull safety features. Recomended. P.S whilst the pictures don't show it, it's also available in black which makes it more discreet when fitted. Matt Harwood
I always find my peak boost readings are reached in 3rd, (auto), or fourth gear with my foot wedged to the floor for a while
