SilentAgro
get a fast car and drive quickly between the walks. gives you more time to get up and down. The longer you have the slower you can walk and fitness wont be an issue.
Abz
Hope you are one of these guys who has never touched a fag or alcohol, body is a temple and all that. Also cycles 50 miles a day and plays a full game of football 4 times a week & swims the rest. Good luck, as said if you planning on going in July, you better get them leg muscles training! Branners
I can recommend the Solomon walking boots. Some of the lightest I have ever used but with good support and goretex waterproof too. The grip is not as good as some other boots so dont go trying them out on mud slides. I can find the exact model if you want, they were £90 from Cotswolds. Thats not the "done thing" apparently mate, you're meant to do it in 24 hours, but not in 21 hours etc .... them the rules!!!!

Jamesy
Ok so the sad day has come when i purchased my 1st ever pair of "walking/hiking" boots!! Training so far is going well.... my fag intake is still higher than ever, but i have started to get up to 30mins on the summit trainer down the gym!! Starting a pretty intense diet on Monday for 7 weeks so we shall see!!

kill1308
I'd suggest doing all 3 separately a while before you go, it'll be good training and you'll know what to expect. Snowdon is awesome, although a few weeks ago I had to be airlifted off the mountain coming down the pyg track OOPS. Forgot to take my medication and I collapsed on the way down. I don't remember any of the helicopter ride but the wife said it was awesome, apparently I was talking complete gibberish and just kept randomly saying "mountain" lol
