Attero
If it's gone up that much, then I'm fooked. I've decided that if I can't afford to run it anymore, I'll get a 1.8 Turbo Golf and go tune the ass out of it.

Dnk
Being old definately has its bonus's. Can you use NCB on TPFT ? my company told me no and you also dont build up any NCB on a TPFT policy ?
Attero
Well my last quote came out at £1500 (20yrs/2NCB), so I'm sure it won't be anywhere near as bad as his on renewal in June.

TopgunTT
try livingstones ive just had a very competative quote from them I have been with them for the last 3 years, Undercut everyone else by a long way. And they do agreed value for new private customers, Something alot of insurances won't do now.

Josh
TPFT came out at £1050, whereas fully comp is only £900 with Admiral on a Multicar. Hope you enjoy the car and keep it safe after paying so much for insurance and spending so much on it

SupraDan24
Thats a crazy amount of money, kudos for paying it. I take it you had a "proper" shop around, i would have been ringing/emailing EVERYONE if i thought if i was faced with that sort of bill. Cant remember what i was paying for my Supra 2 years ago, was definately below the 1k mark though.
TubbyTwo
nearly £3k a year just for TPFT, hate to think what the quotes for FC were.
