Rob Posted February 28, 2011 Share Posted February 28, 2011 Obviously The Range should replace it, as its faulty by way of having a "NSI" but you can't blame them or even the glass manufacturers. It just one of those things. As I said, the industry is doing all it can but short of making glass in a sterile environment, there will always be instances of this happening in toughened glass. You'd better take some proof of the NSI phenomena though, as the average shop assistant or manager will not have a clue and think you dropped something on it.
