Wez
The wheels will not be the correct 60mm hub diameter, these spigot rings insert into the wheels to reduce the diameter to the correct size
Swampy442
They fit inside the wheels and centre them on the hub. The Supra hub being 60.1mm and the Volks obviously 73.
Jellybean
ah ok got you Follow on Q -- I run the Project kics spacers wide thread spacers; I am getting Hub rings to illeviate the shear load on the studs. I presume this is the reason, so if I get the 60mm hub ring and use these inside the volk wheel, this is correct? Spacers Hub rings
Swampy442
Yes, providing the hub rings have a 60.1mm diameter.
Jellybean
Yes, providing the hub rings have a 60.1mm diameter. they do sir 60 mm Diameter: 60 Thicness: 25, 25 since I am running a 25mm spacer http://www.rhdjapan.com/kyo-ei-hub-centric-rings-63876 Edited February 27, 2011 by Jellybean (see edit history)
Kilps
I have 18" Volkswagen Volks (damn iPhone autocorrect!) TE37 wheels on mine and these rings are missing. Where can I get them from? How do I work out what size I need? Will it be written somewhere or is it simpler to just measure it? What are the problems of not using them? My car has been without them since I've had it. Swampy442
Can you pop the centre caps off? Have a look, if you can see a gap between the ring of the hub and wheel you need rings. Theyre available on eBay but ideally you should get alloy ones.

Kilps
I'd forgotten I posted on this thread and was just about to start a new thread... I might as well carry on here. Am I right in thinking the following?: - Internal diameter of hub ring = external diameter of hub 'lip' (green line in pic.2) (looks like it'll be 60.1mm from what I've read here). - External diameter of hub ring = internal diameter of the face of the wheel that contacts the hub (red line in pic.2) - The hub ring goes in the gap that the yellow arrow points to. - The diameter of the pink line (pic.3) is irrelevant for hub rings. Pic.1 Pic.2 Pic.3 Once I've worked this out, I just need to pick the right size from here (Rays official UK distributor) and buy four of them... simple as that! Swampy442
Yes you are correct, the ring fills the space between the hub and the inner diameter of the rim.
Jellybean
Correct ! it will reduce any vibration and take the shear load off the studs and place it back on the hub as designed
