RobD
Hi all Does anybody know if there is a way of transferring what's been recorded on my Sky HD box to disc or pc etc? My other half's grandad hasn't got sky but there is a series on a battleship or something on discovery soon that my other half thought he may like! Thanks in advance! Josh
I'm sure you can transfer onto a dvd if you can hook a dvd recorded up to the Sky+ box. http://www.avforums.com/forums/dvd-blu-ray-recorders-media/589843-transfer-sky-recordings-hdd-dvd-recorder.html Thread on how to do it. A lot of ways seem to come up with a Google
BazzaAlpine
I looked into this before and don't think there is a way Something to do with encoding? Easist thing to do was to have a DVD recorder hooked up to the sky box.

RobD
i wish they would make it simple.. like the usb hub on the front of the HD box That would be easier but I'd imagine there's copyright laws! Most of the hard drives filled ATM to and I do t really want to get rid if anything
RobD
I also haven't got a DVD recorder!
Tricky-Ricky
I transfer to DVD, you have to either watch it in real time or leave it over night, that way you can transfer a whole batch of recordings, i guess a video recorder if you don't have DVD, i guess if you have the connection's you can use a laptop.
