David P
This is another Supra old wives tale. Suprastick works fine with the N/A auto trans, I have one on mine, £250 + 2 buttons and you are flappy paddling. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ # # Supra 'old wives tale' :baa: # :tumble:================== :tumble:============= ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ BUSTED I am installing the stronger T.T. auto trans into my my N/A as part of the Supracharger conversion. The T.T. trans has additional solenoids for electronic line pressure control which the Suprastick cannot manage, so I plan to hybridise the two, fitting the N/A valve body and cable controlled line pressure feed to the T.T. box. I will be sorting this out sometime in the next couple of weeks, all info will be posted in my project thread. With both boxes, the engine brake bands are controlled manually by the stick, with electronic gear changes engine braking only works in 3rd, if you want it in 2nd, just use the stick. Shane
I do like that paddle and boss combination, how much is that and who makes it and is it avalable seperately or does it come as part of the whole kit? ManwithSupra
Ok on saturday i fitted the steering wheel and Boss kit along with the Tiptronic Paddles, display and steering buttons (which still needs to be wired up as i ended up with a migrain and still have not ventured out of the house today). Here is a couple of pictures of what it looks like currently. Oh and if anyone is intrested in a 4 spoke steering wheel with Airbag then please let me know as i have a good condition one which is spare to me now Edited March 6, 2011 by ManwithSupra (see edit history)

ManwithSupra
Does anyone know if the standard Auto shifter can be converted to a push down type rather than the side button? Its another thing i want to change to make it look a bit more pleasing on the eye I dont need to worry about the O/D button anymore as you can program the new kit to use O/D as a 4th gear so dont need a shifter knob with one incorporated. I would like something like this...http://www.carmate-usa.com/html_razo/razo_shift_at_quick.htm

Google it, there is a company in AU that might have one left in stock. Edited March 7, 2011 by David P (see edit history)
