Guest BUG4LIFE
...say for a near stock, low miler. In total, how much we looking at to get it over here? And is there a big difference between say a 98 to a 2001 [10 year rule thingy] in terms of price? Just want a figure to aim for
j_jza80
Around £20-25K for a good condition, low mileage, manual car. Edited February 22, 2011 by j_jza80 (see edit history)

Guest BUG4LIFE
There's a big difference between that the the £20k+ stated above - though I guess that has a lot to do with condition etc?
j_jza80
Those prices are roughly what it would cost you 'on the road' imported here. The exchnge rate is a big factor too, Supras are much cheaper over here. The condition of the Japanese cars are generally better though, plus late reg, low mileage ones are very desireable over there.
Guest BUG4LIFE
You reckon we'll see more later Supra over here from next year, due to the 10 year rule - though £20k OTR is a big ask for a 10+ year old car, as desirable as Supra's are! Lbm
Maybe this is something Jurgen knows a little more about??? Jurgen knows many things. Why not send him a PM? I'm sure he'll help you out
Scott
Jurgen would import you one for around the 12k mark IMO, maybe a little more depending on the options you were after. Surely 20-25k would be for a mint single turbo facelift with alll the trimmings? Seems a bit extreme IMO, not seen any of Jurgens stock cars ask for that sort of money.
