DamanC
I have recently moved house only to find the water pressure is pretty poor. I have has slashes with more pressure The outside tap pressure is simply not enough to rinse the supe after a good scrub. I have been thinking of a pressure washer lately anyway, so would one not only aid in the cleaning process but up my cleaning water pressure? Do they fill up a tank and then fire the tank water out? Any Recommendations?
Rob
AFAIK, from disassembling my Bosch one, its just a pump that ramps up the pressure from the tap/hose feed. There was no storage tank other than the one for adding detergents. Any modern pressure washer should do, you don't want uber pressure that will strip off the paint though. Wasn't someone on here selling foam-lances too, or something?
DamanC
Peter Richards was doing the lances once upon a time. I just want something that will turn a dribble into something a bit more
bluecoup
i run my pressure washer off a waterbutt, so i'm sure tap pressure will be fine
Dnk
A little Karcher one would do you, approx £75 on Amazon
JustGav
I had an old pressure washer on the water butt which was then connect to my karcher.. Sort of worked until I realize the hosepipe couldn't handle 10bar of pressure and blew the seam in the hall way
Guigsy
My water pressure is not great but not too bad. And my pressure washer like the karcher is fine. But the pressure from the outside tap is ok
