imi
Hi All Scenario Need to connect a HD Video Camera and USB Keyboard / Mouse to a PC that is 30m away. Currently this is connected using a LONG USB Cable and the video quality is poor - perhaps due to the noise and interference due to the long run. Is it possible to use USB > Ethernet Adaptors @ both ends (from the USB device to the network and from the network back to the USB ports of the Mac Minis) in order to use the network as a cabling infrastructure - would like to use STP cabling to avoid any interference. Any thoughts? Any suggestions as to what item would definitely work.
Ric
have you tried putting some USB powered hubs in the middle to increase the signal/power Or get a HD IP camera
