Ok a little update, just got in from working at the bar and fuck me. I was cleaning the glasses and all of a sudden I got the nastiest cramp on my arm and hand. Never in my life or even past three years I trained iv had this. I drank nearly 2 litres of water even after training, has to be this supplement. My friend who was at the bar is a bodybuilder, told me to stay away from superpump it's bad stuff. Iv only had one scoop should I stop this stuff or just take half scoop?

What does bad food and lots of it get you lol, I've just paid too much attention of calories rather than what's in it, if it was high calorie high protein then in my gob it goes.

This is the thing people pay too much attention to cals rather than good food cals, there is a mssive diference between the two. Now you will still gain from bad cals but not in a way that good cals gives you.

For instance here is 2 meals that i get in through the day -

Meal 1 Breakfast - 100g Oats, 2scoops Pro6 protein, 1 banana, 300ml skimmed milk(blended and then i drink it) :D  about 500 cals in this

Meal 2 - baked potato, 200g of either chicken/turkey/tuna/red meat, with 2 tbls olive oil, and green beans. 300+ cals in this

Now you take lets say, a Greggs baguette(chicken mayo) So we have bread(white), chicken(great :D), Mayo(bad), butter(bad) and your looking at 500+ cals, most of which are bad fats.

I know what meals id prefer. Now im not saying NEVER eat bad stuff, just limit it. I eat healthy Mon-Fri, then have sat to eat anything i want, and i mean anything so i just fill my gob with anything i fancy. Then come sunday im sick of eating crap and start back healthy again.

My brekky is 100g fine oats with 25g protein and 500mlb blue top milk.

lunch would be 4 eggs scrambled with beans or tune omlette, maybe tune or egg mayo barn.

tea can be anything even takeaways.

Suppose there's a lot of crap in there really.

thats 3 meals bud.

1st meal is good.

2nd meal is good, bin the beans full of salt/sugar

3rd meal save for a wknd

then add in another at least 4 meals

Anyone combined plasmajet with superpump? Seeing how addictive this superpump is :), the girls who saw me in a t-shirt were amazed how big my arms looked, aswell as my girlfriend. Amazing pumps, I wonder how much better plasmajet would be?

Nope!

I'm starting your diet this week Geo:), but iv read some really good feedback with plasmajet stacked.

there is supplements that are defo an aid in muscle building, but i feel these pump supplements are all rubbish, if you cant get a pump training hard, then you aint training hard enough. No pill or supplement will help.

Train Hard or Go Home!! :D

Going to spend my day off doing more research into pre workout supps, I'm happy with just using protein and creatine for now although I feel I'm not progressing as fast as I wanted.

Been at it 3 1/2 months now with just under 2 stone added but feel like I've hit a brick wall tbh.

Diet and workout need going over I think, atlesst the motivation is still there.
