Lets look at this logically. What does a a supplement like this really do, now it says it gives you a pump? ok thats fair enough, but what is a pump? A pump is you doing repetitions of an excercise to get the muscle full of blood, to stretch and tear small micro fibres. Now id put £100 on someone training hard, they would easily get a fantastic pump, to the extent that there muscle would be aching due to it being so full with blood.

There is no easy way to get big, its all down to training your nuts off, and eating good clean healthy food, with some junk thrown in, as were only human. :D

Id rather spend my £30 on, a good protein powerer, multi Vit, creatine, and food. thats it. thats all you need.

If you cant get a pump going, without the aid of supplements then Go HOME, as your not traing HARD ENOUGH. SIMPLE AS THAT. :D

Use the 250 up bud, and dont buy it again save your cash for some good chow, and a good protein powder for before anf after training.

Cheers geo, I am taking the protein by optimum hydro whey. Although I have too say so far I am impressed with superpump on my first try, off course most would be water retention. Iv been contemplenting on steroids but my girlfriend won't let me :(. Iv been training hard for 3 years have a good physic but I can't gain that weight no matter how hard I train and eat, bloody crap genetics.

write them out bud if you can?

Morning is weatbix, 1 bannana

12 is Tuna sandwich

2 is chicken and rice

5/6 is apple protein shake

9:30 egg sandwich

and then I train around 11:30-1/1:20

then eat what ever my mum makes and the sleep.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but any advice would be great :).

My missus is eating more than that and she is only 47kg :D You need to eat slightly more if you want to bulk up man, high protein is all good, but it's just simply not enough.

Edit: Listen to Geo, man is bodybuilder :)
