RobD
What's the spec on hers Jamesy? Ideally I want a 225 as they come with the better turbo, wouldn't mind the stock sat nav either
TubbyTwo
had lots of contact but 0 people actually turn up to look. messed about something cronic, one guy came, test drove it, came a week later and drove it again, left deposit, then messed me about, he couldnt insure it, was too expensive to run etc etc then wanted his deposit back. Aside from that have had loads of stupid offers and the usual "£3800 and I will collect it tomorrow for a hassle free sale mate" types. Yes its the 210 HP version but actual on road performance between the two models (friend had a 225 that was mapped) isnt even noticable. Both produced near enough the same results on the dyno prints. Only benefit comes when you want to start pushing for big power but tbh its not worth it. Even with decent tryes on the front mine can be rather lively even in the dry. Never had this much trouble selling a car. Could understand it if it was a heap Unless they are bone stock people dont seem interested, problem is I found the stock ones very dull to drive. Mapped is so much more fun, but sadly its just not involving enough to drive for me and im a Jap car fan at heart and this is my first non Japanese performance motor, whilst its a cracking car and its fast, its ultimately not what I really want. Gutting really as I NEED to sell this to enable me to buy a Supra. Its got to the point where I dont really drive it anymore now and getting annoyed its still sitting there. Huge push in August I think, going to have to bite the bullet and stick it on autotrader for a month.

Jamesy
where did the lead come from? i knew as soon as you pimped it out properly it'd sell mate
TubbyTwo
Not sure tbh mate forgot to ask that bit lol will find out tomorrow. Agreed £4400 on the price, being realisic I dont honestly think I will get much more than that from looking at various sale sited etc so im happy with that considering the used car market for selling is crap at the moment. One step closer to supra ownership

TubbyTwo
I hope not! Basically the guy managed to make the clutch slip a tiny bit in 6th gear from 30mph after really loading it up. It doesnt slip in any other gears but he convinved himself that the clutch is on the way out and didnt want to take it. Im tempted to stick a new cluctch in and raise the price tbh that might tempt people a bit more.
