Skirts are now at the body shop, One is in a bad way but sure it will be fixable. Its going to be melted back together where possible and filled and fibreglassed after.

Also collected the other bits, textured gloss black OEM battery surround, suspension top mounts, and the pulleys :)

Stunning engine bay mate, great inspiration for me to get my finger out and put my N/A back together!!

Your TT arnt you? Thought you converted it ages ago?!

Looking forward to seeing this at Fast Show mate. Mine is so far away from being anything like "ready" haha.

Should be a good show, looking forward to getting it back out on a stand where it belongs. Need to find out the arrangements for the show at some point to.

Just got of the Phone and the skirts are now prepped and repaired and in primmer, ready for rub down and paint. Should have some pictures sent though by tomorrow :D

Just got a new centre console lid, bought for the clip, so if anyone needs the lid let me know, i have a spare dodgey clip too. Also got some new boot plastics as one of mine cracked, and some oem clips and bits.

Got a meet on Sunday evening so need to get the interior back together, and do a few other jobs.

With the excitement building of the side skirts and end caps arriving tomorrow, I decided to give it a quick wax after I got home from work.

Got the little bits of the interior back in, and I am deciding what to do with it in there, as I'm considering a different route.

Also got the battery case fitted quickly, could do with a little trim but was loosing light.

And got contacted last night by Rob mitchell and Ive now bought somthing he had done for his NA chrome bay back in the day :D

Looks great mate, have you treated the sills with anything prior to fitting the skirts? I've noticed a little corrosion on mine from 20 years of it being jacked up so many times!

Where did you get the battery terminal covers from by the way?
