dude
Just happen to still have a fireblade lump in the shed....... Not really powerful enough Gav, modern 600's put out more power ( if its a 900) and the subframe is designed for a GSXR, 200hp is pretty easy to get and they take quite a shot of Nitrous too !!!!!! JustGav
This sort of thing appeals to me no end, as I'm seriously considering something like this as a replacement to my VW caddy daily driver. I want something fun but not big as it is only me I drive to work and I rather like the 40mpg I get out of the 1.4.... I've just not been lucky enough to come across a smart with a blown engine cheap enough yet
SupraDan24
Want to do this to my Mini but its so expensive for the conversion Are you going to convert to RHD at the same time?

You can get a universal subfram to turn any FWd car into a RWD rear engine bike powered car.

Time to start looking I suppose, need to change the van really, doesn't suit my job..... You reckon the blade lump with too little, I know it is a revvy little thing but not very torquey... dude
The blade is around 120hp stock and with an exhaust and dyno jet kit for the carb maybe 140, thats still going to be quick, i would sell the blade engine and get a GSXR it won't be that much more. Fuel injected and pretty torquey.

Just keep looking on Ebay Gav, they pop up now and again, a runner is worth considering as you can always sell the lump.
