CJ
I have D/L several albums for a friend of mine and she wants to play these on a CD in her car but she is pretty sure the car head unit does not support MP3. If I want to convert the MP3 files, what format should I convert them to before burning to a "normal" CDR?
CJ
I just did a quick search and the general consensus of opinion is that is you use something like Roxio's Easy CD Creator and set it to "music disk creator" then it automatically decompressed the MP3 file to the correct audio format for "normal players. Does anyone know if the same thing happens if you use CD burner XP and burn an audio disk?
Chris Wilson
wma I think, at least that's what I used to do. I think I used something called Winamp. Have look here: http://www.cyberwalker.com/article/
patrikbrunt
windows media player will convert mp3 files to allow them to be played on a normal cd player?
Animal
Just select the tracks in Windows Media Player and create a 'burn' playlist and it will create a playable music CD. Depending on what version you are running, there are options for either music or data - make sure its set to music.
