foggy147
Argh I hate computers. I purchased a new wireless ieee802.11b/g/n card today and installed it in the express pci slot, updated all drivers. When it searches for networks it doesnt find any!I have my virgin cable broadband which connects fine but with a lower signal using a usb wireless adapter but i thought by installing a proper card the signal would be boosted. Any idea why it wont pick up any signals at all?any help would be appreciated its getting on my nerves now. Im using windows 7 and it is a windows 7 compatible card
The-Plethora
Are you searching for wireless networks from within the standard windows dialog (icon in the system tray) or are you using the utility that came with the wireless card? Let us know the make and model of your roiyter and PCI express card.
