Scooter
Just wondered if the japanese had a dislike for blue seems to be hardly any sapphire blue cars around. They obviously have a large preference for silver black and red perhaps they have a real liking for them and hence over the years more Japanese residents keep them and only the less popular colours make it to auction?! I miss my blue one.....
aman00123
Blue for me too (no bias of course....) I have heard that there were apparently only 31 TT RSP Supra's made in Japan, don't know how true that is but makes me feel more special

They are rare but they are not that rare.
Josh
I won't put up yet another picture of my car, but the red has really grown on me. I didn't care about the colour when I bought it though.

Nic
These must be the rarest J-Spec colours, I've seen a yellow Supra but never seen a Super Red V one. Super Red V (3P0) - production dates 07/01 - 07/02 http://paul.webmaster-eye.de/Farben/3p0.jpg Super Bright Yellow (576) - production dates 08/98 - 07/02 http://paul.webmaster-eye.de/Farben/gelb.jpeg Edited February 7, 2011 by Nic (see edit history)
conan
RSB is a beautiful colour but not so sure it looks right on a Supe but I respect the rarity value, I got mine without caring about colour but am now glad it is Gunmetal, Ive been told many times this is best colour and its growing on me. Jake
Gunmetal is lovely, although I don't like quicksilver nearly as much. RSP I really like, nearly as much as gunmetal, but when I had my RSP one it used to annoy me when people said it was purple. Black is probably the best looking colour, when it's spotlessly clean. If you don't mind cleaning the car every time you drive it, they're great. Gunmetal is fantastic in that respect and RSP is pretty good too. I have heard that there were apparently only 31 TT RSP Supra's made in Japan Don't be daft There must be thousands of them, many hundreds at least. EMPEROR
I miss my blue one..... I miss her too Even if it's only an engine swap time away And YES, RSP for me too, although White is not bad at all either... And Gunmetal... I guess I have to buy them all

Stevo
I agree, the yellow one looks great. Other than that I'm glad I went with black despite the difficulty to keep looking spotlessly clean.

clapyohandz
Those 2 colors Nic posted are quite rare, never seen any of these. I have only seen a few RSP's while in the states and just one here in France ; the car being a jspec

AndrewOW
People seems to forget about storm blue http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=126496&d=1297078021 That is a lovely colour IMO. As an every day colour, then gunmetal is the best, as even it's dirty it looks clean. Black is stunning after a good clean and polish. KamaSupra
Black is stunning after a good clean and polish. Totally agree, I always get comments of how great my car looks after it's been polished... Nice, deep, black and shiny I've always had a thing for white Supras though, they look really fresh and good when clean. But if I was going for a respray I'd go for something like orange, as that stands out and looks fantastic on a mad car such as a Supra.
