Guest Andy Bird
hello all just put some wheels on the car from my brothers 200sx which are nice 5 spokes 245 45 17 so not so wide but ET 35 so fill the arches actually ok. problem is that we are not sure if one is buckled? would a buckled wheel wobble at all speeds? it gets alittle hairy at 80+ so im thinking im taking them off again! nasoup
I'v driven with a buckled wheel before. Yes you will get juddering through the steering wheel at all speed. I had to get rid of mine as the juddering really annoyed me.
nasoup
Forgot to say if your not sure if it's buckled or not then take it to a tyre centre, it may only need balancing.
Guest Andy Bird
brother told me he thought it was buckled but i would have thought as you said it was wobble all through the range

Dnk
Jack the car up and spin the wheel by hand, should be pretty obvious if its buckled, check the inside lip as well.
