Animal
http://www.lep.co.uk/news/shop_boss_loses_booze_after_police_call_gaffe_1_2995603 Police seized £6,000 of booze from a shop - when the owner called them to complain a thief had stolen four cans of lager. Syed Shah had his stock confiscated when officers responding to his complaint about a shoplifter found he did not have a licence to sell alcohol in the first place. Idiot.
