Jamesy
I have some on my other computer from a really bad crash i had when i was 17; I was driving my modified Nova (dont say it!!) around gatwick at 3am when a p!sshead in a BMW careered into my lane and head on into my car @ 50mph (i was doing 30) ...BOOM! Broken nose Broken cheekbone Broken jaw in 4 place Broken collar bone 2 Teeth knocked out Bottom lip severed in half .....and even worse, my pride and joy that i'd cherished in my garage 6 months before i could even drive was totalled. Got some lovely pics of the car, and my face ... will stick them up shortly. (they are grim) Anyone else?
Jamesy
Ok downloaded the pics, the first ones are of my car and one of the tw@t who smashed into me.... As you can imagine by all the claret on the steering wheel and splashed all over the dash, my face was a state - i have got a couple of pics of that but im not sure i should post them up lol
Havard
You were lucky to survive that one..!! I don't have any pics of any of mine but between 16 and 21 I was involved in a couple of crackers. The most spectacular was when my mate "Boldy" who was a tad over weight decided to overtake on a blind bend and hit an Escort Convertible head on. We were in an MG Metro and after the impact I looked and could see the moon through the roof of the car as the doors and roof had bent in two different directions. I have also removed the stereo with my shin...!! The following day I went to school and my right leg was twice the width it should have been with a blood clot and haematoma. The teachers rushed me to Wigan Infirmary and it had to be drained there and then. I didn't want to admit to my parents that I had been in a crash. I still have a hole in my shin that I let people put their finger in to demonstrate the impact...lol..!! H.

Scott
Flippin eck!! Bet that stung a little. No salt and vinegar crisps for weeks Lucky to have came out of that one bud, Novas aren't exactly known for their crash test rating. Didn't half work a number on your hair too, poor guy. Didn't half work a number on your hair too, poor guy. not one of my finest mornings!! It did hurt like f**k for weeks - my jaw had to be wired shut for it to heal ... luckily as my 2 teeth were knocked out i was fed blended food with astraw through the gap!! The police etc said the only reason i survived was due to the Nova being lowered Soo much (somethings never change) - if it had been a normal hight the BMW wouldnt have "riden" up the bonnet so much and instead would have ploughed into my stomach and snapped my pelvis....nice

AndrewOW
It's an improvement Very nasty. Nasty. Nasty. Luckily, the very few 'accidents' I've been involved in, haven't damaged me, just the cars.

Rob_Mitchell
thats rotton.com, i bet the payout was nice though? am i right in thinking anything broken from a crash is mega bucks, as opposed to the normal whiplash claim
mplavery
Here is mine, I just decatted the car and raised the boost and decided to take my mate out for a spin in Woking. After screaming down the road i came to a round about to turn around and boot it again. As i started to boot it 2nd, the road slightly bent round to the left and the back end started to slip out to the side. I stupidly took my foot of the gas which made the car come round even more, slipped on to the grass, span 3 or 4 times, though a fence and smashed into WELCOME TO WOKING sign lol here is the other side, and my new MR2 so i could have ago again lol I loved that bloody car lol, i was in the local paper next day lol
paddynewman
thats rotton.com, i bet the payout was nice though? am i right in thinking anything broken from a crash is mega bucks, as opposed to the normal whiplash claim Depends, ive been in a fair few bike crashes, I got £4000 for a broken wrist, but I also got an undiclosed 6 digit payout for being put in a wheelchair for 8 months after a Ford Galaxy went into the front of me... smashing both my ankles into pieces, damaging the top of my spine, my pelvis, breaking my big toe and getting a light amount of brain damage. Needless to say im still riding lol

supra matt
Nasty mate I was a passenger in a nasty one when I was 20 was me my mate and are two girlfriends , I was in the back with mine I had no seat belt on as could not find the catch she did have hers on . We were taking them home and on the way there is a step down hill with a tight right hand bend at the bottom , we were going down it two fast and when he realised it was to late to slow down and as he breaked to take the corner we went into spin , must of done about 5 full spins before hitting a corner of a building and rolling up it caving the roof in on my girlfriends side :-( . Thankfully when we started to spin I pulled her into me and waited for the bang , the police said I saved her life as if she was sat upright she would of been killed by the roof :-( we all walked away with miner injuries . I'll post pics of the car later.
