Chris Wilson
I used to have a link to some site that listed recommended tyre sizes for various width wheels. For example, if you had an 18 x 8J rim they suggested what width tyres were recommended for them. I have lost this link and need to point a friend at something similar. Anyone know of such a site? Thanks.

Chris Wilson
A useful tool, thanks, but not quite waht I'm after. I want him to be able to look up (say) a 275/30/18 tyre, and find what rim widths it is recommended they be fitted to. Without accessing and plodding through evry tyre makers, usually arcane, site. Cheers though, it's a nifty prog that i will be using myself!
Bobbeh
From what i can recall, the usual website consisted of entering wheel sizes, compared to stock size wheels + tyres, and trying to find the best size tire that'd give you the same rolling radius etc? Is that what you're after?
