Sweet bud, what else is left to do?

Just a thought, the 2 breather braided line pipes, would they not better going straight back and along the back of the engine for more tidyness, instead on going over the engine so to speak?

The lines are not Secured mate. There just Lying in place until I cut the inner wing to fit them into it. You'll se by my next lot of pics.

I must say the vent is my thing - I love how Hodge did his white one's. So I wanted the same :D

im thinking the same for mine. john are they just vented to the atmospere or do you have filters on the other side of the wing??

i had the idea of running them to the firewall and run the lines under the wiper scuttle panel

Only thing that worrys me is its pointing at the front wheel with that setup, good luck stopping/controlling the car if you lose a piston, thats the reason i vented my pipes at the back of the car, behind the wheels, unlucky anyone thats following me if i lose a piston:d

I've spent the day today extending all the wiring from the fusebox to the ABS pump and the aircon sensor at the back of the engine. I've also finished the breather kit off.

Here's a few pics of the breathers finished and a few randoms after I gave it a bit of a clean down.

Guest quick_dry

love your work, great build documentation (I can see myself coming back to this a fair few times throughout mine - VVTi w GT3076R on HKS twin mani).

Do you think there would be enough clearance to have the turbos raised by 3/4 inch (and the dump pipe sections extended by same amount)? (Considering dropping the T25 flanges in favour of T3 and the SP QSV)

Yeah I recon there's plenty of room. The TRD brace sits about 1/2 inch above the heatshields. As long as you have a bonnet with no vents in the middle then I think you'll be fine.

Let's have some pics then bud.

looking awesome! big twins  are you doing anything with the sparkplug cover? changing the colour or carbon etc

Yes mate, the Spark Plug cover is getting painted in RSP, the same colour as the car.

Very nice work. :)

Where did you relocate the fuse box?

He's done an amazing job on it - it's under the nearside headlght, check back through the pics!

A few more pics for you all.

This is almost finished now.

Most of the work I've done over the last week or so doesn't really look like I've done anything but it's all the small bits that make up the build.

I'm hoping get the fuel system primed and check leaks tomorrow and the inner arches fitted back on too.

Here's a couple of pics of how it all looks.

That engine bay looks sexy, fantastic job :)

Thanks bud.

Certainly moving along! Love the duct-tape DIY polisher, hodge :D

Whatever works mate, whatever works lol. That drill has been names Super drill. I've trashed about 7 or 8 drills polishing stuff but this B&Q bad boy just keeps going and going and going.
