Geo
So looking to change the Interior panel in the car for a fresher look. Now on the facelift version seen here, the obvious change is the gaues, seen below below Now are these easily changed, or do they have different connections on the back to hook up the 7 gauges instead of the non facelft 5? JamieP
Cant see it being an easy swap, you would need a new dash loom id have thought, clocks, panels, wont be cheap if you buy new. Rob_Mitchell
yeah agree not cheap or easy, would look good though. but its still going to be a pre facelift at the end of the day, its like a 1.6 escort with a whale tail spoiler and cosworth sticker

marc_p
When I had a prefacelift Supra, I looked into it and it was a huge job as all the loom is different, not worth it imo.
Nic
The other option could be to change all the other panels to facelift and use a pre-facelift speedo panel and gauges.
jackso11
I think prefacelift is better anyway, facelift you have a boost gauge that is rubbish and if you add one of your own you will then have 2 boost guages. 3 big dials look cleaner than 2 large and 3 smaller anyway
dude
Just in the middle of doing this, you need to change the whole dash over, not a bad job im sure Lee will love doing it !!!!!!!!! The loom stays in the dash so its an unbolt and bolt the new facelift dash back in.
