Hi Rob and welcome to the club, with reference to the auto, when the little button is pushed "IN" then you have engaged the O/D and it would act like a 4th gear, there should be no lights on at this stage.

If you do a search on "Supra chat", "Tech ref", you should come up with a LOT of talk on the Auto box, I'll just put up a few things you may not be aware of.

There should be a manu button at the side of the stick, which when pressed allows you to use the auto shifter (and box) in nearly the same way as a manual ie go from 1 - 2 - 3 when you select it, (good for playing).

There is also a kick down button underneath your go faster peddle, when you go to WOT (wide open throttle)the switch will drop a gear and you fly, (oh, a little anyway, forgot you have a N/A).

Hope some of that helps, sorry I can't shed more light on your problem light.

Sorry to have disappeared boys and girls and after such a warm welcome too! Okay so the pics are coming! I had a mare of a weekend and sadly the Supra had to take a back seat! However very soon i'll take some pics and you can see her for yourselves :) Then shortly after that i'll post more as she gradually improves :D

p.s does anyone know where I can source a passenger side door lock/barrel and key?! and also how big/hard a job is replacing the stock aerial? As some hood has pinched mine at some stage. I'll post the last bit in a more appropriate forum too :)

Hi mate. Try Keron on here as he does good second hand parts and is always breaking them! ;) might have to buy a set though as doubt he'd split them, saying that, you don't want odd locks and loads of keys! ;) Lol.

With regard to the aerial, look at the S2000 type thread as there's a fitting guide which would be the same for replacing the stock one. Not too tough a job compared to the boot struts I did yesterday! :)

Best of luck with it.

Very nice mate

Would look at getting some clear side repeaters though as the orange ones aren't that nice on black IMO.

Otherwise, looks tidy and love the wheels!

Ah another thing for the ever growing list! I like that idea though thanks. Yeah the wheels are BBS not the usual jap look but I think it works somehow!

Car looks really nice mate, looks pretty much like mine from the side apart from my wheels are Volks :D Like what was said, get some clear side indicators as they bring the car more up to date. Also they are the fastest and easiest mod you can fit :) You can get them off eBay very cheap.
