Fit like Troops?

John in Aberdeen here. Have owned a Supra Automatic, non Turbo for about 11 years now and I still love it. Looks almost exactly like this one except I have nicer wheels. In fact no two wheels on my car are the same! Two different styles (one style on each side so you don't notice until you walk round it :) ) and the sizes are different front and back.

Why? It's a long and sad story which I'll share some time.

You skidded and hit a kerb and smashed the 2 wheels off on one side?

10 points to me?

Welcome by the way :)

:welcome:

Here's hoping the wheel story isn't one of theft and bad luck on your part but I have a horrible feeling it might be! :(

11yrs of ownership eh, that is dedication to the marque if ever I saw it!!

Bet you've put a fair few miles on in that time!

Welcome anyway and glad you chose to join the forum.

Cheers.

Pete :)

I'd have thought different wheels on the same axle would be an MOT failure.

Even if the wheels are the same size left and right, if they are different wheel types, the wheel weights will vary and could badly effect the handling, sounds very dangerous to me.
