Guest 303supra
Hey everyone i am new to this site and new to my supra and i have a problem i got my supra 4 days ago and it ran fine so then i drove it to get paint then the next day i went to see how it was comeing and they said it wouldnt start and the fuse that is right at the positive terminal keep blowing eveytime you try to start it im not toatlly sure what the fuse is for i think something with the ignition or alarm does anyone know why that might happen or what that fuse is for:(
Attero
Depends what fuse your talking about... get your fuse box open and look for the blown fuse. Then use the diagram on the box lid to determine where the problem is coming from.
ulysees
I gather from your description the fuse is on a wire coming from the battery yes? if so its more likely for the alarm so i would trace were it goes to and see if all is in order, maybe were it goes through the bulk head or for you americans lol (fire wall or whatever you call it lol) it could have worn through and shorting/earthing out on the body thus blowing the fuse. just a guess but worth a look, good luck with it mate
