Guest SSS
Hi All, I'm new to the world of Supras. Sold my old car a month back and am now looking to get me a Supra. Should be going to see my first one on Wednesday. I'm after a mkiv TT. Think I'll go for an auto but I've only ever driven one once (on a test drive of an FTO), so I'm not entirly sure . Anyhow, just thought I'd say high. If anyone has any hints or tips on what to look for when buying I'd be glad to hear them...

Nic
Hello and There are a lot of cars out there, take your time and view/test drive a few so you get to know what you want. Check out the Classifieds and Traders section on here for cars up for sale, better to buy from a Supra enthusiast than some unknown trader. If you do see a car you are interested in, get some photos and find out as much information as possible, mileage, import history, modifications, etc and post details here so we can give it a once over for you. Another good idea would be to see if one of the members on here can view the car with you, it's always good to have someone who knows the car to help when viewing. I'd also recommend getting an RAC inspection done on a car you are interested in buying. Use the search button and read as much info as you can, post up any other questions you can't find answers to and we'll try to help out with advice. Good luck with the search

Bobbeh
You cant really lose if you pick up an Auto TT or a Manual. They're both cracking cars.

SSS, it might be an idea to write all details down and take photos of exterior, interior, engine bay, exhaust, wheels/brakes etc. The more info you can post up the better view we will be able to give you of the car. Good luck
