Nic
Is the decat pipe designed to fit a UK spec? The flange on the 1st cat is different on a UK spec and J-spec, a UK spec cat also has a boss for the second oxygen sensor. If it is for a UK spec then no problem with fitting it, you won't see any rise in boost, but it should feel more responsive. If you want to get the best out of decatting the car then you will need a boost controller to raise the boost, an FCD, cooler grade plugs and a boost gauge, that will allow you to safely run 1.2bar.
